For years, I was told that my symptoms were “just part of being a woman.”

The heaviness, the swelling, the pain, the inflammation, and the way my body reacted so differently from everyone else’s.

I did everything “right.”

I ate clean. I moved my body.

I tried anti-inflammatory diets, lymphatic routines, creams, fascia tools, supplements, every approach I could find.

And still… the symptoms persisted.
