  • Meal & Lifestyle Guidance: Get practical recommendations to help you eat and live in a way that supports repair. These suggestions are never about restriction-they’re about nourishment, ease, and reconnecting to your body’s needs.

  • Monthly Coaching Calls (60 minutes): We’ll meet once a month for a private 1:1 session to check in, track your progress, and adjust you plan as your body shifts. You’ll never feel like you’re doing this alone-each call offers clarity, compassion, and forward momentum.

FAQs

Is this program only for women before or after surgery?

No. Rooted Relief supports you whether or not you’re planning surgery. Many clients use this time to get their body into a more stable, supported place - so that if they do pursue surgery in the future, they’re better prepared for recovery. Others aren’t interested in surgery at all and just want to fell less inflamed, more energized, and more confident in how they nourish their body.

What makes this program different from other coaching or meal plans?

Rooted Relief is not a one-size-fits all plan. It’s a 12-week partnership designed for the unique way your body works. I combine nutrition, lymphatic support, emotional wellness, nervous system practices, and digestive repair - all through the lens of lipedema. You’re not just getting information - you’re getting consistent guidance, adjustments and a safe place to be full supported.


I know digestive support is important for lipedema. Can’t I just do the Digestive Reset instead?
